Locsi respects the copyrights and intellectual property rights of others and we expect that our users do the same. Follow the guidelines below to notify us of alleged copyright infringement. In appropriate circumstances, Locsi will terminate or disable the accounts of infringers. Fraudulent notifications will cause the notifier to be liable for any associated costs including attorney's fees.
Infringement Notification:
To notify Locsi of of infringement, you must provide us a written statement that includes the information requested below. Any infringement notification documents we receive may be provided to the alleged infringer as well as a third-party for publication with your personal information removed.
1) Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed upon. Provide any urls that describe the copyrighted material as well as any product identification numbers that may be useful.
2) Provide information about where you believe the infringement is occurring on Locsi. Include urls where the infringement has taken place as well as a description of where the infringement takes place on that page. If applicable, provide the username of the alleged infringer. If your request includes a large number of urls, please also provide a digital copy via our support form.
3) Include reasonably sufficient information to contact you. Include an email address, mailing address and telephone number.
4) Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work described in your document is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5) Include a statement that you swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your document is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that has been allegedly infringed.
6) Provide a signature on the document.
